Official Portola Waitlist

If and when inventory becomes available, you're set!

  • Simply click "Go To Waitlist" to get started.
  • Select from available pass options/types.

Go To Waitlist

  • The waitlist will open for items as they are sold out.
  • There is a deposit of $20 for signing up for each waitlist item type per order.
  • Example (4 admission passes x $20 deposit each) = $80 deposit
  • If inventory becomes available and your waitlist request can be fulfilled, your deposit will apply to the order and your card will automatically be charged for the full amount.
    • All sales are final. No refunds.
    • There is no way to cancel a request after it has been fulfilled.
  • If inventory does not become available and your order cannot be fulfilled, then your deposit will be refunded in full within 7-10 business days after the festival event has passed.
  • Pricing for your waitlist requested item is 'dynamic' and adjusts according to market supply & demand.
  • Orders will only be fulfilled if inventory is available for every item in your order.
    • Note: You could consider making separate order requests per item type if you're concerned.
  • Do not sign-up multiple times for the same item. This will not help your chances.
    • Review pass limit details/rules.
  • You will be sent an email from AXS if/when your request/order is fulfilled.
  • You must also check your Portola AXS FanAccount regularly in case you miss email notification.
    • Portola/AXS is not responsible for failed/blocked/mis-delivered/bounced email delivery.
  • Waitlist orders are filled on first come, first serve availability.
  • There is not a way to see your place in line.
  • Making a waitlist request DOES NOT guarantee your request will be fulfilled. Passes for the event and are subject to availability.
  • If you wish to cancel your waitlist request, you can do so via FanAccount.
    • Waitlist requests cannot be canceled until 48 hours after your initial request.

  • You must cancel any request you no longer want to be fulfilled, before it is fulfilled
    • There is no way to cancel a waitlist request once it has been fulfilled.
    • Once you are charged in full, that means your order was filled and it can’t be canceled.
