TICKET & ORDER INFORMATION

Ticket Information

  • You will be sent AXS Mobile ID tickets for the passes included with your order. All tickets are QR codes that will be sent out approximately 2 weeks before the event date through the AXS Mobile App.
  • The ticket can only be scanned once per day and any duplicated ticket will not be allowed for entry.
  • For security purposes your AXS Mobile ID refreshes every 60 seconds to a new QR code so any screenshot taken or printed out in advance of entry will not be valid.
  • Tickets are valid for the day(s) you purchased. A separate admission is required for a second day if you purchased a single-day pass.

How to Receive/View Tickets:

  1. Download the AXS mobile app
  2. Sign-in with the same email address used to purchase tickets or to accept transferred tickets.
  3. Tap the ticket icon at the bottom
  4. Tap "Portola"

Ticket Transfers:

For those of you that would like to transfer your tickets to a friend, you can use the ticket transfer feature inside AXS Mobile App.

  1. Download the AXS mobile app, then sign in
  2. Tap the ticket icon at the bottom
  3. Tap "Portola"
  4. Tap "Transfer"
  5. Enter recipient’s first/last name + email address
  6. Tap "Continue"
  7. Review the information and tap "transfer"
  8. The recipient will receive an email with a link to click to get their tickets and, if they haven’t already, to download the AXS App and view tickets.

A few things to remember:

  • The recipient you’re transferring to will need the AXS app to use the tickets.

Order Information

  • All sales are final.
  • No refunds, cancellations, or exchanges.
  • There is an eight (8) ticket limit per day per order.
  • Prices do not include service fees.
  • Purchase/payment plans will be available while supplies last.
  • A government issued photo ID, order number and the credit card used for purchase are required for will call pickup or troubleshooting by the original purchaser.
  • Hotel packages will be available.
  • There are minimum browser requirements to place an order online. Make sure you have the most updated version.
  • Lineup and set time are subject to change without notice.
  • DO NOT buy tickets from unauthorized third parties (scalpers). We will not service, authenticate or support any tickets purchased from an unauthorized third party. Scalped tickets may be void.

  • Government issued photo ID of order account holder, order number and the credit card used for purchase are required for pick-up at Will Call.
  • Absolutely no name changes or alternate Will Call pick-ups will be allowed. No exceptions.
  • Box Office will only accept credit or debit card payment. Cash will not be accepted.
  • There is no parking available at the box office or at Pier 80.

PORTOLA 50/50 PAYMENT PLAN

Payment plans will be available while supplies last.
Divide your order into 2 payments with the 50%-down payment plan.

Payment Plan Details

  • Payment plans are available for all orders over $100.
  • You may pay in full if you do not want to use a payment plan.
  • In order to use the payment plan, select payment plan at checkout.
  • Orders placed 05/20 – 05/27: 50% due at time of purchase and remaining balance is due June 10, 2022.
  • Orders placed 05/28 – 06/24: 50% due at time of purchase and remaining balance is due July 8, 2022.
  • Orders placed 06/25 – 07/26: 50% due at time of purchase and remaining balance is due July 26, 2022.
  • Subsequent payment will be automatically charged using the original form of payment.
  • There is a $4 fee per payment to use the Portola Payment Plan - this will be added to your order at check out.
  • Automated payments may take up to 72 hours to process.
  • Payment plans available at check out from May 20, 2022 – July 26, 2022.

Missed Payments

  • You will have a 10-day grace period to pay. If payment is not received by the 10th day after the initial charge is run, your order will be canceled.
  • Defaulting on payments will result in cancellation of your order and a $50 default penalty fee. No exceptions. It is your responsibility to manage your payment plan and to check your credit card and bank statements for charges.
