Ticket Information
- You will be sent AXS Mobile ID tickets for the passes included with your order. All tickets are QR codes that will be sent out approximately 2 weeks before the event date through the AXS Mobile App.
- The ticket can only be scanned once per day and any duplicated ticket will not be allowed for entry.
- For security purposes your AXS Mobile ID refreshes every 60 seconds to a new QR code so any screenshot taken or printed out in advance of entry will not be valid.
- Tickets are valid for the day(s) you purchased. A separate admission is required for a second day if you purchased a single-day pass.

How to Receive/View Tickets:
- Download the AXS mobile app
- Sign-in with the same email address used to purchase tickets or to accept transferred tickets.
- Tap the ticket icon at the bottom
- Tap "Portola"
Ticket Transfers:
For those of you that would like to transfer your tickets to a friend, you can use the ticket transfer feature inside AXS Mobile App.
- Download the AXS mobile app, then sign in
- Tap the ticket icon at the bottom
- Tap "Portola"
- Tap "Transfer"
- Enter recipient’s first/last name + email address
- Tap "Continue"
- Review the information and tap "transfer"
- The recipient will receive an email with a link to click to get their tickets and, if they haven’t already, to download the AXS App and view tickets.
A few things to remember:
- The recipient you’re transferring to will need the AXS app to use the tickets.

Order Information
- All sales are final.
- No refunds, cancellations, or exchanges.
- There is an eight (8) ticket limit per day per order.
- Prices do not include service fees.
- Purchase/payment plans will be available while supplies last.
- A government issued photo ID, order number and the credit card used for purchase are required for will call pickup or troubleshooting by the original purchaser.
- Hotel packages will be available.
- There are minimum browser requirements to place an order online. Make sure you have the most updated version.
- Lineup and set time are subject to change without notice.
- DO NOT buy tickets from unauthorized third parties (scalpers). We will not service, authenticate or support any tickets purchased from an unauthorized third party. Scalped tickets may be void.
